Margaux shares her love of wine, but not just any wine. The young woman highlights wines from Provence, her home region, but also from small, committed winegrowers. She selects natural, biodynamic wines, vinified without inputs or additives. In the spirit of a neighborhood bar, her cellar also serves as a bar on weekends, where visitors can extend their conversation over a glass of wine. It also organizes wine-tasting evenings several times a month, by reservation only.
