His cellar is brimming with natural, organic and biodynamic wines, as well as unusual ones like alcohol-free rosé or "orange" wines, and exceptional producers like Les Longues Vignes in Saint-Jouan-des-Guérets. The cellar also boasts Rennes exclusives such as Île de Groix beer from the GX brewery. When it comes to spirits, Patrice brings out some real curiosities, such as Towt rum, brought over by sailboat from Guadeloupe and aged in Bordeaux, with notes of spices and vanilla. What a journey!
