Qu'importe l'ivresse is an alcohol-free cellar. Here you'll find de-alcoholized wines, alcohol-free rums and even 0% beers (exactly less than 0.5%, which is legally considered alcohol-free). The aim is to offer a real alternative at the table or during aperitifs to those who don't drink alcohol or want to reduce their consumption. We regularly meet producers in the store, who come and let us taste their products, and do a real job of aromatic research. In particular, we tasted Granith's beverages made from infusions of plants and spices, which go perfectly with refined dishes. It's a real treat to discover.
