La Maison Boullé is a passionate business. Antoine Boullé, who fell into the business at an early age, has been running the butcher's shop since he was 20. His mother followed him in the adventure. Today, the team numbers eight. The meats served are all local and from short supply chains: Orloff pork roast, tenderloin from Aquitaine, Lambardais cockerel... You can also try the delicious delicatessen dishes cooked on site: pies, meat pies, served with a smile from morning to night, it's even better!
