A new chocolate maker in Rennes, Garandel forged his reputation in Niort and moved his store to the Breton capital to settle with his son-in-law. Here the secrets of manufacture are transmitted in family. The chocolate makers work with the Chocolaterie de l'Opéra, bean seekers for 4 generations. In the store, you will discover a selection of pure origin ganaches - Peru, Guatemala, Jamaica, Papua... -, fruity and aromatic ones - Lime, Coriander, Banana, Pepper... - and pralines. The boxes are the best way to offer yourself a nice tasting of these chocolates all made in the lab on the spot. Excellent welcome from Raphaëlle!
