A Rennes institution, the Hoche bakery is not to be missed, with its superb blue façade adorned with Dinamo Montaloups ceramics. And that's not its only asset! The bakery, taken over by Aurélie and Alexandre Vasseur, already boasts a string of awards, including best kouign amann in the département. In addition to its world-famous breads and viennoiseries, you'll find more modern products that have become a must: the Hoche Roll, the Paris-Brest, the 3-bake flan, the pear-tonka tart, the pudding, the scones... As for snacking, everything is homemade, right down to the sauces, like these delicious chicken tenders from Janzé. We can't wait to try the ice creams this summer!

I enjoyed their bread. I about sure to have never taste the best of all my existence.
Congratulations for their work of exceptional quality. I would be able to get to Rennes right for their bread.
