Les Cafés Félix : artisanal roaster since 2003..
After an experience in a coffee shop in England, it is quite natural that François-Xavier Bluteau, known as Félix, decides to build his business project around coffee. A fascinating product that opens up a variety of horizons for those interested in it, Félix wanted to work with this natural product with his own personal touch: he therefore turned to roasting in 2003.
