ÉCOLE FERRANDI

Renowned for its ability to train the future elites of French gastronomy and hotel management, the Ferrandi school moved to Rennes in 2021 and welcomes its students to its kitchens on rue de Brest. Two bachelor's degrees are offered: Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship (cuisine or patisserie) and Hotel and Restaurant Management, as well as a Master of Science in Hotel Management. The school's downtown location puts students in direct contact with the public: everyone can taste their creations in the application restaurant. The school also boasts a renowned patron: Olivier Roellinger.
