Training the elite of French gastronomy and hotel management, the Ferrandi school has been in Rennes since 2021 and welcomes its students on rue de Brest. Two bachelor's degrees are offered: Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship (cuisine or patisserie) and Hotel and Restaurant Management, as well as a Master of Science in Hotel Management. The school's central location puts students in touch with the public, with tastings at the application restaurant. Last but not least, the school boasts a renowned patron: chef Olivier Roellinger.
