SERVICE TERRITORIAL DE L'ARCHITECTURE ET DU PATRIMOINE – ILLE-ET-VILAINE (STAP)

The Territorial Architecture and Heritage Services (EPPS) are decentralized services of the Department of Culture and Communication and the Heritage branch (DGP). They are territorial units of Regional Directorates of Cultural Affairs (DRAC). EPPS advise, guide planning policies and take part in the development of urban planning documents. Furthermore, they provide a public service of proximity to private project holders and local elected representatives.
