ÉGLANTINE MARIAGES & CÉRÉMONIES

Je me suis mariées au mois de Aout 2015, est contrairement aux commentaires précédent je recommande cette boutique. Ayant fais de nombreuses boutiques de mariées (car je ne suis pas un mannequin est donc ne fait pas un 36-38) c'est la seule enseigne ou j'ai pu essayer de nombreuses robes alors que je fais une Taille 52. Les modèles sont adaptés à la morphologie et les robes ne sont pas classiques malgré cette taille. Je n'ai jamais été dénigrée ou vu refuser un essayage vu ma morphologie, au contraire je garde un souvenir MAGIQUE (digne d'un vrai compte de fée) de mes essayes, équipe super, des conseils juste au top et j'ai repris gout à me regarder................ prices are interesting, but to make alterations in a real couturier!!! super boutique, acceuil trés agréable, je me suis sentie trés bien dans mes essayages et on rigole vraiment bien... je n'oublierais jamais ses moments...merci a toutes l'equipe

Je me suis rendue à ce magasin en janvier. Premier contact : la vendeuse me regarde de la tête aux pieds et me dit que quand on est "costaude" (sic) comme moi, je n'aurais pas trop le choix sur le modèle. Je fais du 44 ...
Service client déplorable

Une amie à moi qui est âgée de 50 ans s'est vue refuser un essayage un samedi. Il lui a été demandé de revenir en semaine car il y avait des jeunes filles qui essayaient déjà ce jour là ...

A fuir absolument !!

Having seen and having heard negative comment on this shop, I say people were disposed mall and I was to make me my own experience.
Result: Layout lacks privacy, 1:30 of waiting, no advice, size of erroneous ordered dress, dress taken 4 times, long-line bra that does not hold and one of the day of the delivery to me I must have taken you home (ever offered) no cover during the delivery of the dress...
Taking of doubt, new layout one day before the composition and... a not well positioned element and 4 inch... Long-line Bra impossible to close and dress that does not book!!!
Result: designer in emergency, stress on foot and the inconveniences related to this dress during the evening of the association where I could enjoy nothing...
You have sent I advised to ask for a refund me the quality of the alterations and that proves me that they have consideration for guest by an excuse or meet. It has been two months and nobody traced me or even mail sent and refund. It was always indicated me silence that the biggest of all them was wrong...
