This relaxed, eclectic venue has moved to the renovated Hôtel Dieu, but retains its soul. You'll find plenty of surprises, but above all, a mix of concepts in the style of a Montreal brewpub, with bistro, microbrewery, roof top and canteen. A former hospital dating back to 1858, its authenticity will seduce you. What remains are the Origin'Ale beers brewed and the friendly, committed cuisine using local produce. We'll leave the rest to mystery, because there's plenty to discover. This charming cantine-bistro has a lovely atmosphere.
