Today's menu includes: confit cabbage, guanciale and parmesan emulsion; snacked pollack, celery mousseline and vanilla beurre blanc; chocolate buckwheat mi-cuit and pear Fontainebleau. A real treat! Events include stand-up comedy, karaoquiz, concerts (salsa, piano bar...) and DJ sets. In short, there's always something going on. Darts, vintage table soccer, natural wines, local beers and homemade cocktails are the latest arguments for joining in this merry mess created by Donovan.
