Today's menu includes: confit cabbage, guanciale and parmesan emulsion; snacked pollack, celery mousseline and vanilla beurre blanc; chocolate buckwheat mi-cuit and pear Fontainebleau. A real treat! Events include stand-up comedy, karaoquiz, concerts (salsa, piano bar...) and DJ sets. In short, there's always something going on.
