This Parisian-inspired showroom boasts a lovely setting where you can enjoy a comforting hot meal, a matcha latte or even a shopping spree. The space is divided into triptychs, one dedicated to lunchtime snacks, the other to shiny, sweet-smelling decorative objects in soft, trendy colors. This lunchtime, we tested the slate. On offer: a coral lentil dahl with smoked paprika, baby spinach, sweet potatoes and alfafa, and the forest bun with spirulina, onion confit, baby spinach, garlic mushrooms and parsley, honey-roasted sweet potatoes and potatoes... Great value for money!
