A bistronomic restaurant, cocktail bar and tapas bar, Le Montfort plunges us into the chic, hushed atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties. The decor is particularly successful and the bar superb. On site, Théo and his team create a convivial atmosphere around homemade dishes and signature cocktails. Try the Fresh Temper with Russian vodka infused with cucumber and juniper berries, Suze (it's all the rage), lemon juice, absinthe and ginger ale. But the Montfort is first and foremost a restaurant with a fine bistro menu: tournedos de "Poire", grenailles frites and jus corsé, tarte tatin with Vire andouille, not forgetting plates of cheese from neighboring Fanch!
