Satiō in Latin means season, satiety and satisfaction. This restaurant offers seasonal bowls by working on taste but also by paying attention to the nutriscore of each food to offer balanced meals. The recipes are creative and tasty. We tried the veggie bowl with Japanese curry and the mackerel bowl. There's often a little creamy vegetable caviar, a little sauce to go with it, and homemade crackers to spice up the recipe. You can take away, of course, or sit back and take your time.
