Restaurant offering mouth-watering Neapolitan pizza recipes, homemade pasta and tiramisu, a good Italian address
Behind its lilting name, this restaurant delivers on its promise: here, Italy is as much on the plate as in the atmosphere. Right from the entrance, the pizza oven covered in colorful mosaics sets the tone. Opposite, black-and-white photos and traditional plates tastefully decorate the walls. The menu features Neapolitan pizzas with soft, supple dough, topped with fresh, well-sourced ingredients, such as Fior di Latte farmhouse mozzarella from Saint-Gilles. It's hard to choose from so many tempting recipes, but the Sofia (arugula, burrata, parmesan, balsamic cream) and the Carla (pesto, stracciatella, walnuts, basil) are well worth the detour. The gnocchi with gorgonzola also deserve their place, as does the tiramisu, which we came back to try. All served in Italian crockery bearing the effigy of the place!
