In less than a year, Sabibi has become a must for lovers of Levantine cuisine. Louise has succeeded in anchoring her brand of Mediterranean street food in the heart of Rennes, in a setting straight out of a graphic design agency. It's a flexible space that adapts perfectly to the constraints of lunchtime schedules, and offers a moment of sharing around generous, family-style cuisine in the evening. At lunchtime, the restaurant offers street food: pitas or bowls, and reserves the mezze for the end of the day. The cooks do a remarkable job on textures and flavors. For us, it was hard to resist the Pita pastra, a fresh herb salad, roasted onions with pomegranate molasses, roasted almonds with Nomie zaatar, Montreal pastrami by Will's & creamy mustard sauce. An absolute must! An address that's not short of love. Habibi!
