And what about Ludovic Honnet's cooking? He's got technique in spades for his tasty dishes. Try the roast venison steak with blackberry pepper sauce, or the back of whiting with chestnuts and fennel velouté. We'd like to emphasize the finesse of the execution and the generosity of the dishes. Stéphanie's professional service is also noteworthy. A sure bet!
