Located 20 minutes from Fougères, the Passillé estate covers 4 hectares of vegetation and undergrowth, surrounded by the Landemarais peat bog and a greenway. At the entrance of the domain, the castle built in 1880 has several outbuildings that have been transformed into gîtes. In the summertime, the estate is filled with the sweet scent of the lime trees. L’atelier de brassage s’est très bien passé ! L’animateur encadre bien les groupes et laisse un large de choix dans la personnalisation de la bière. Un passionné qui rend l’expérience encore plus intéressante !
