Where to practice an individual sport Paimpont

Geocaching is a modern treasure hunt that's accessible to everyone! It's a fun and friendly way to explore an area. In Haute-Bretagne, there are already around a hundred geocaching trails, including 3 in the heart of Brocéliande: "Sur les traces de Merlin", "Brocéliande Autrement" and "Les berges de l'étang de Paimpont". After downloading the "Trésors de Haute-Bretagne" app, let the Korrigans guide you. Solving their riddles will enable you to collect various badges around the region.

The Forêt forest would have sheltered King Arthur, Merlin and the Fairy. Many hiking trails go through its 9 000 hectares in search of evidence of this mystical past. This is the case of the Fées Country Trail, starting from the hamlet of Folle-Thought. You will see on the road the 10-year-old Chêne oak, measuring nearly metres of circumference; Le Rocher du Pas de la Goat, place of worship for the druids; and the fountain of Barenton, where Merlin and Viviane met. Beware, the circuit is closed during hunting.
