Mont Dol, a place marked by the sacred since the dawn of time, from prehistoric times to modern times.
Facing the bay, in the middle of the marsh, Mount Dol rises to a mysterious and fascinating 65-metre silhouette that never ceases to amaze. At one time an island, at another time a mountain during the ice ages, it conceals a rich past: habitat, hunting, tools. Mount Dol has been marked by the sacred since the dawn of time, from prehistoric times to the modern era: stones and other vestiges bear witness to this, Celtic, Roman and Christian, with the great confrontation between the devil and the archangel Michael. Le site ne vaut pas vraiment le détour.
Le Mont St Michel reste assez loin donc même si on l'aperçoit depuis le haut du rocher, ce n'est pas particulièrement impressionnant.

Just a few minutes from Dol Brittany by car, do not hesitate to go up to the top of Mont Dol. In addition to a beautiful view of the town of Dol, you can see the entire bay of Mont Saint Michel in the distance the mount of the same name.
It is a beautiful place, with a superb view of the bay of St Michel mount, in Mont Dol a small restaurant is and manager of which it is very welcoming and very friendly next to the mill. Get there));
