An industrial site of the dam at the mouth of the Rance estuary producing hydroelectricity from renewable energy
Inaugurated in 1966 by General de Gaulle, the tidal power plant is located at the mouth of the Rance estuary between Dinard and Saint-Malo. The dam's industrial site produces hydroelectricity, a 100% renewable energy source powered by the tides. The Espace EDF Odyssélec presents the workings of the plant through a fun exhibition and a panoramic view of the engine room. An original visit with a fantastic viewpoint.

Très intéressant, surtout le.sous sol avec la vue sur l'usine effective... bluffant ouvrage de génie civil

Super visite a l'extérieur du barrage ! L'accueil très agréable et notre guide très gentille a répondu à tt nos questions . Notre fille de 13 ans a adoré . Par contre pas fait pour les tt petits il ne comprendrons pas les explications .
