UN CAFÉ DES POSSIBLES
Since 2018 opened in Guipel, on the village square, a small Café des Possibles serving as an organic and local grocery store, bar/coffee shop, restaurant and concert hall. Because yes, at the Café des Possibles, everything is possible, including tasting a menu with dishes changing every day and served with a smile. Eggplant caviar, scrambled Asian eggs and peach carpaccio, you can enjoy the photo exhibition in the restaurant - an extension still under construction - or on the small terrace in front of the window. Former village grocery store, the place has kept the charm of yesteryear and it is not rare to be able to "chat" with Ludovic, Yves or Damien, who are at the origin of this beautiful project and who run the bar. A nice place for an initiative that brings back to life the heart of the village.
