Established in Fougères since 2015, Nicolas Royer never ceases to amaze with his mastery of his art. At the Salon du Chocolat 2022, he not only won the "Meilleurs Chocolatiers de France" research prize, but also the "Tablette d'or" and "Coup de coeur" awards from the Club des croqueurs de chocolat! Le Fougerais works with Roellinger spices, Pays de Fougères honey, Combourg saffron and Bordier butter. His creations give his shop window a gourmet touch!
