L'éléphant Roulant is a well known food-truck that offers soups or hot dogs made from local products. We like their brioche bread from a Dordogne baker, their Breton farmhouse tome and their Breton or classic Frankfurter sausage. Not to mention their homemade mayonnaise with smoked black pepper and their crunchy organic red cabbage. All of this makes for a delightful meal that is well known to connoisseurs. The homemade organic soup will delight Vegans as it is made of carrots, coral lentils and coconut milk. A real good plan that can be enjoyed on the beach with a small homemade and local dessert.
