A gourmet museum in the heart of the Moulin de la Saline, to delight the taste buds.
The museum is housed in the heart of the Moulin de la Saline, on three floors. The town's rich heritage, culture and tourist attractions are showcased through open buffets, scent terminals, films and a variety of recipes. Local produce (bouchot mussels, Cherrueix garlic, Dol red mullet apples, etc.) are available as starters, main courses and desserts. The boutique sells caramels, cookies, jams, crackers, rillettes and ciders.

Quand j'y suis allé,il y avait une expo de photos sur les déchets de la mer mis en valeur par l'artiste qui était présent ce jour-là ! C'était juste géant !
