Maison Hermine is a small company that handcrafts pasta from IGP organic wheat from Brittany. You'll find no preservatives in their recipes, and their packaging is 100% recyclable and printed with vegetable-based ink. The range of recipes includes original creations that give dishes a visual and gustatory twist, such as those with cuttlefish ink, Breton seaweed or Brocéliande spirulina. Tested and approved.
