Le service est rapide, même lorsqu'il y a du monde. Le personnel est attentif et prévenant. Les plats sortent de la cuisine à toute vitesse: 5 minutes entre la commande et l'envoi sur table pour le fish & chips.
C'est souvent un des rares établissements où il reste de la place sans réserver à midi les jours d'affluence, cela s'explique probablement par le prix un peu dissuasif et la rapidité du service qui permet d'utiliser les tables au maximum.
