Blue half-timbered building with terrace offering fish and meat dishes inspired by plants.
At the end of an alley bordered by a pond, a blue-timbered building stands in the heart of the Haute Forêt de Bréal. Once home to Édouard Nignon, a renowned chef who is said to have served Tsar Alexander II. Now, a century later, it's a place where you can savor the finest cuisine. Chef Charlie Morel draws his inspiration from herbs grown in the kitchen garden and honey harvested on site. His dishes include low-temperature monkfish, miso asparagus and pomegranate sabayon.
