In Zellenberg, two winegrowing families are writing a love story with the land. Christian Erblin oversees 10 hectares cultivated organically and biodynamically, listening to the heartbeat of the vines in six communes and four Grands Crus. Hand-harvested, hand-crafted: here, racy Alsatian varietals, sparkling Crémants and exceptional Vendanges Tardives are born. The estate also buzzes with life with its Alsatian honey, and welcomes dreamers to a 4-person gîte nestled beneath an authentic stork's nest.

Accueil merveilleux merci Laurence
Curiosité étant nous décidâmes de nous y rendre pour une dégustation. L' accueil fut un enchantement ,la batisse est d'une très grande beauté,les propriétaires charmants.
Laurence la maîtresse de maison nous a fait découvrir des vins d'une très grande finesse en commençant par le muscat suivi des riesling,pinot gris ,gewurztraminer sans oublier le pinot noir ,rosé de pinot noir ainsi que quelques bulles .
Vivement les prochains repas que nous puissions ouvrir une belle quille .
