Visit of an artisanal cannery located above the Roscoff fish market, with tasting of seaweed-based products.

The Algoplus cannery was born from the passion of two Normans for seaweed. Located above the Roscoff fish market, and installed in the former premises of a trap factory, the seaweed is harvested and processed on site. On certain dates and times, you can visit the artisanal cannery for free and discover a local know-how. The visit ends with a tasting of seaweed-based products and you can even make some purchases in the store: rillettes, soups, infusions, cosmetics, etc.

Depuis plusieurs années j'achète régulièrement du wakame, de la laitue de mer et du court bouillon marin. Les derniers sachets de wakame et de court bouillon ne m'ont pas donné entière satisfaction. Réhydraté le wakame se présente sous forme de confetti et non de liane, quant au court bouillon il a moins de saveur et cela est regrettable.
