Pedestrians move from one place to another over the Odet on a footbridges, decorated with attractive flowers. They are important pathways between the upper part of town and the pedestrian streets below. At first properties of the residents of the Odet left bank, they no longer have the useful role they used to have before 1965, when the Dupleix Boulevard was pierced. The Quimper footbridges still preserve private and attractive gardens all contributing to the beauty of the capital of Cornouaille.
