LE CHÂTEAU DE SABLE
Restaurant with sea view offering a bistronomic formula at reasonable price and a cuisine with local products of the chef.
Welcome to one of the most beautiful addresses in Finistère. Arrived in August 2018, the young chef Anthony Hardy has set himself the mission of sublimating the resources of the terroir, with heart and authenticity. The bet was totally successful, and the invitation to discover led us on unexpected paths. We would never have imagined that we could fall in love with carrots, and yet, after tasting their many variations, we still dream of them. His cuisine is both educational and fun. Each dish is announced in detail, and offers a local product to express all its organoleptic potential. Without any superfluity, Anthony manages to give substance to the unsuspected grandiosity of nature. His commitment also leads him to work only in short circuits: with the fisherman Armand Anel from Lanildut for fish, the fish tanks from Beganton for seafood, the Gardens of Kerlomann for vegetables,... Everything here is fair and consistent. As for the service, it is impeccable, and the top-of-the-range atmosphere does not prevent the restaurant from offering a bistronomic formula for lunch, at a totally reasonable price, allowing many premises to meet regularly. The incredible view of the Iroise Sea and the hotel's sheep grazing quietly on the dunes add an undeniable charm to the place, and makes each meal a welcome break. A little more, the place has purified water on site, in order to guarantee you a zero waste meal, to bring coherence to a conclusion. And if you prefer wine, it can be served by the glass and adapted to the dish you choose.
Cadre superbe avec la vue mer.
Le massage était aussi super relaxant, je recommande.
