Walk with stone stairs and beautifully flowered, arranged along the Aven, a place where one takes pleasure to stroll.

The Xavier Grall walk, called the wash house walk, is dedicated to the poet who lived from 1930 to 1981. Built along the Aven river, it allows you to discover the mills and the sluices which ensured the distribution of water to the mills at the time, as well as several light footbridges which span the river. Une balade courte mais très agréable le long de la rivière aux reflets dorés. Malheureusement il y avait beaucoup trop de monde mais cela n'a rien enlever aux charmes de la promenade. A faire sans modération!

Ce cheminement de visite le long de l'Aven est magnifique, les jardins, lavoirs et autres point d'intérêts sont remarquables, ces pierres très connues (tableaux de peintres) seront le lieu idéal de vos photos, à faire tôt dans la journée car il y a vraiment beaucoup beaucoup de touristes ici.

Along the Aven, lace and mills were Paul Gauguin's inspiration for his painting «Lavandières in Pont-Aven». I enjoyed the site, surrounded by style houses and a short walk in the surroundings before discovering the city center. Finally, a site to be discovered, even if we are not an art history.
