La Bergerie fromagerie des abers is a cheese dairy located in Plouvien, Brittany. Specializing in the processing of dairy products made from sheep's milk, the dairy offers a variety of raw and whole milk cheeses, such as krotins, palet crémeux, Saint Jaoua, Tome des abers and Bronnou. It also offers pasteurized whole-milk yoghurts, as well as fromage blanc faisselle and fromage blanc campagne. A new product is also available: ewe's milk ice creams, with no trace of cow's milk, ideal for intolerant people. In addition to dairy production, the farm also raises lambs, which are sold in parcels or by retail. We also offer 100% mutton merguez, made from the finest cuts of mutton. Finally, free-range pigs are fattened with barley flour and whey from the cheese dairy, and sold in parcels.
