CIDRERIE DE TROMELIN
The Tromelin cider mill is well worth a visit. This establishment and service d'Aide par le Travail - (ESAT) run by the KanArmor association participates with other workshops in the medical-social support, training and socio-professional integration of disabled adults. Created in 1996, this cider mill produces brut, bouché, demi-sec and a special cuvée every year. In addition, some 50,000 bottles of apple juice are made by the 10 on-site workers. The products are made from apples grown in South Finistère, including a large proportion from the AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) zone of the Cornouaille orchards. Don't miss the chance to taste this natural, socially responsible product, which has often won medals in regional competitions.
