The Stentz family has been present in Wettolsheim since 1674. Their estate covers some ten hectares, including the Mandelberg and Steingrübler Grands Crus. Organic since 1984, the Stentz family applies a method of soil revitalization combined with respect for natural balance. The wines come in 4 ranges: Cuvées de Terroirs, Cuvées Millésimées, Vendanges Tardives et Sélections de Grains Nobles, Crémants d'Alsace. Discover the Rosenberg Pinot Noir "without added sulfites", a great red wine with a full-bodied, robust palate!
