Jolan travels the region and the fairs of Europe in search of new and incomparable flavors. Delicatessen, cheeses, nougats, beers and liqueurs... nothing but the best and happiness. Jolan, who makes his own salted butter caramels, plans to produce his own mushrooms soon. Our favorite ? The filet mignon, from pigs raised in the open air and fed on acorns. It is flavored with porcini mushrooms, truffles or herbs.

j'ai pu tout goûter sans exeptions , au début j’ai hésiter parce que l’on peut vite se sentir obligé d'acheter mais ce n'était pas le cas , ici on goute m’à ton dit !
