Address in Locronan where the chef concocts original and tasty dishes, low prices at lunchtime
This newcomer to the streets of Locronan (March 2018) is living up to his ambitions. The young chef Thibaud Erard (who appeared on the Top Chef show) offers a selection of original and brilliantly prepared dishes. In a refined room with marine colours, white is the standard on the table. Perhaps to better highlight the flamboyant compositions of the plates. We feast with eyes and taste buds. A fine selection, with a limited but tasty choice, just like today's peach, fennel and potatoes with lobster bisque. As for desserts, the ice cream is homemade and the desserts are prepared at the beginning of the order. A very beautiful address at a low price for lunch.
