The story is told: in the 1920 s Joseph proposed to his wife Valentine to go into the cannery with a flagship product: Norway-style sauce. The adventure starts then, and it's a great success. The range is developed with various cuisinés, purée, velvety dishes. Valentine will remain in the kitchen until 1966 before retiring for a well-deserved rest. The canning company continues with starters, soups, cooked dishes and desserts as well as culinary aid, always in traditional tradition with fresh ingredients cooked by hand.
