To offer you the very best, the in-house team selects local and seasonal ingredients. Among the must-tries, let yourself be tempted by the "Bon Conquétois" with bacon or the buckwheat "Roz Bidou" with goat's cheese, ham and pesto. Unless you prefer the divine salted butter caramel or the seductive "Belle Louise" with pear, almond cream, chocolate sauce and roasted almonds. Potato kouigns are another specialty not to be missed.
