L'accueil froid, hautain, snob et impersonnel de la patronne nous a refroidi (elle nous a dit bonjour monsieur et madame alors que nous étions deux hommes et ceci à 3 reprise, ceci est très indélicat surtout dans l'hôtellerie de standing.
Ensuite nous étions que 3 couples dans l'hôtel, période d'octobre, et elle nous a mis dans dans des chambres contiguës, pas très respectueux de l'intimité des clients alors qu'il était possible de faire autrement sur le même étage.
Tout ceci est bien dommage car l'hôtel est magnifique, bien entretenu avec une vue exceptionnelle
