Abbey full of history with remarkable gardens with medicinal plants in Dalouas, a must in Finistère.
Founded in the 12th century, this abbey is the perfect place for cultivation in lush surroundings. You can admire the abbey church, the Romanesque cloister and its fountain, where stones steeped in history stand side by side with medicinal plants from all over the world. The site has been awarded the Jardin Remarkable label and the Victoire d'Or at the Victoires du Paysage 2021 awards. Since 2016, a medicinal tree garden completes the picture. Your walk will be enhanced by a photo exhibition outside (renewed every year) and a variety of topical themes inside.

Unfortunately, the Abbey opened 13:30 on a Sunday, and i was too early.
There was a church and a chapel that were open, and I could visit.
