Chambre (118) ne correspondant pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles: insonorisation catastrophique, porte de salle de bain buttant contre les toilettes et ne pouvant s'ouvrir en totalité (on est obligé de se faufiler pour rentrer dans la salle de bains), distance inférieure à 60cm entre les toilettes et le lavabo. En revanche bonne literie et grande douche. Petit déjeuner bien et bar très agréable mais hall d'hotel froid.

Chambre double avec enfants : satisfaisante. Du bruit dans le couloir une partie de la nuit (coups de marteau sur la porte voisine qui ne voulait pas s'ouvrir). Obligé de sortir pour demander moins de bruit au personnel. Pas un mot d'excuse le lendemain et pas un geste commercial évidemment.
