En fait l'armoire réfrigérée à gauche avec les viandes et à droite avec la charcuterie font un appel du pied permanent. Même rassasiés, on se laisserait tenter par une autre assiette et encore une autre....Toutes les viandes méritent le détour, la maturation, la cuisson à la braise....Encore un peu, non beaucoup plus. Je veux, nous voulons revenir....vite !
Même le tarif est bon, pas de surcharge comme certains pour manger l'excellence des races à viande. Amis brestois vous avez de la chance.
