Je suis venu chercher un toogoodtogo, j’ai eu un imprévu avant de pouvoir venir le chercher j’envoie ma sœur pour chercher ma commande à ma place avec la preuve de la commande mais la serveuse répond de manière désagréable à ma sœur en me disant que c’est moi qui doit venir la chercher. J’arrive à 19h et me répond qu’elle n’a plus rien pour moi et que faut récupérer à l’heure sa commande à 5mn près et alors que j’ai envoyé ma sœur. En plus de ça sa manière désinvolte et hautaine de me répondre n’a rien d’une façon de répondre, en plus de ça elle ne cherche aucune solution. Fuyez !!!

I Visited this branch today around 1630 as this is a place we usually have coffee or tea with our family. We come here often. There was a young lady with blond/brown hair serving drinks and food today who was extremely rude. I ordered matcha latte and a muffin - the muffin was very cold so I went to tell her that it was very cold and There was no way to bite it and enjoy that muffin. When I went to the counter the young lady was extremely rude - didn’t allow me explain and when I tried she told me I didn’t let her speak. I understand French but I can’t speak very well. I was very angry but I didn’t want to make scene there as she was aggressive. She had no respect for her clients. It was an easy solution to just warm up the muffin but instead she refused to listen to me and told me there’s no other option and I insisted that I can’t eat very cold muffin. Before I left I asked for her name as I think this sort behavior towards your clients are not acceptable. Just to let you know - at no point of time I was rude to her. This is an unacceptable behaviour.

Nous avons pris deux paninis steaks hachés. Il fallait trouver le steak. Ils n étaient vraiment pas bons. Je ne recommande pas. Accueil pourtant sympathique.
