A self-proclaimed "crêperie militante", Blev Hir celebrates the flavors of Brittany with its traditional crêpes, prepared with fresh, seasonal, local and organic produce, direct from Finistère producers. Few restaurants offering regional specialties are as committed to the region as Blev Hir! It was in this spirit that Nolwenn and Stéphane opened in Plougastel, before migrating to Brest, where Stéphane teamed up with another Stéphane to give Brest residents a taste of their gourmet activism. Their crêpes, generous and tasty, have become a must.
