LE TRAM
Read moreOpened and commissioned in 2012, the tram was quickly adopted by the Brestois and is now part of the urban landscape. Line A, 14,3 km long, crosses the east agglomeration in west and has 28 stations. Rest assured, the journey time is about 40 minutes from one end of the line! The tram thus crosses the town of the Porte de Plouzané (front of Thales) at the Porte Gate, in the Froutven area, or the Porte Gate in the Kergaradec area. The line runs from a. m. to p. m. Monday to Saturday and from p. m. to p. m. on Sundays. It offers departures every 5 to 10 minutes between 6 a. m. and 20 p. m.: thus, waiting times at stations are minimized. The rames are equipped with suitable platforms for disabled people and bicycles can pass through the tram at certain times of the day. Smart: The tram is part of the Bibus network and its users can use tickets interchangeably in the tram, bus and cable car. Tickets can be purchased directly at the Bibus agency or at the terminals at each station.
