Passionate about sparkling drinks, Joël set up a micro-brewery on the Alsatian banks of the Rhine, named after the patron saint of Vogelgrun. It produces 6 ranges of lager, brown or amber beers. We love the well-named Meid'la, an unfiltered, top-fermented lager brewed with Alsatian hops!
